Welcome to the Rosewood Landing | A 4-bedroom, 2-bath home for up to 9 guests just blocks from downtown Medford.

This newly furnished property features a fully fenced backyard, hot tub, sauna, 3 smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, & family essentials like a Pack 'n Play and games. Dog-friendly (no cats), with off-street parking in a quiet residential neighborhood.

*NOTE* The upstairs shower has a lower clearance. The shower head is most comfortable for guests under 5'4".

Landing layout:
Main Level: King bedroom with attached bathroom, large living room with plenty of seating and new SMART TV, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry.

Upstairs: King bedroom with walk-in closet, cozy queen bedroom, and a fun bunk room with twin-over-full bunk, trundle bed, TV, oversized bean bag, and kids’ dress-up clothes and toys. A full bathroom with shower is also upstairs

While the house is fully private, if you're outside in the back yard, you may occasionally hear guests in the studio if it’s reserved during your stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, front and back yards, hot tub, sauna, and driveway parking next to the house. The back cottage is not accessible unless both properties are booked together. Check-in is simple with a unique door code—detailed instructions will be sent prior to arrival to make the process easy.

We’re local to the area and happy to share recommendations for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems to make your stay even better. While you’ll have plenty of privacy to enjoy the space, we’re always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your stay.

The house is located on a quiet residential street, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to downtown Medford’s shops, restaurants, and conveniences.
