What to Expect When You Stay With WanderLodges

A bright modern living room with a fireplace, sofa and large windows

Booking somewhere new always carries a few unknowns. Here’s exactly what happens when you stay with WanderLodges in Southern Oregon — the practical answers, in one place.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in may be available on request, and late check-out can be purchased subject to availability — just ask, and we’ll tell you honestly whether the turnaround allows it.

All our properties use keyless self check-in. You’ll get your door code and directions before arrival, so a delayed flight or a long drive over the Siskiyou Pass isn’t a problem. There’s no office to reach and no key to collect.

Parking

Every property includes convenient or dedicated parking. In a town like Ashland, built well before cars, that’s genuinely worth having — particularly during festival season.

Pets

Many of our rentals are pet-friendly, though not all. Use the “Pets Allowed” filter when searching to see only the homes that welcome your dog. Bring their bed and bowls; we’ll handle the rest.

What’s in the house

As standard: high-speed WiFi suitable for remote work and streaming, air conditioning, premium toiletries and fresh towels. Most homes have fully equipped kitchens, and many include smart TVs, family setups with cribs, high chairs and game spaces, and outdoor space.

Select properties add private hot tubs, saunas and fire pits. These vary by home, so check your specific listing rather than assuming — we’d rather you knew exactly what you’re getting.

Where we are

We operate boutique hotel rooms in Ashland — including The Peerless Hotel — plus hand-curated homes across the Rogue Valley: Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, Medford, Jacksonville, Grants Pass and Cave Junction. Whether you’re here for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Applegate wineries, Crater Lake or the Rogue River, there’s a base that puts you close to it.

Who you’re dealing with

We’re Hannah and Kyle, and we own and run WanderLodges ourselves. Hannah personally oversees every reservation and guest interaction; between us we’ve spent years in hotels, inns and on the road as business travelers. If something isn’t right during your stay, message us — you’ll reach an actual person who can actually fix it.
